There was a growing concern across Moseley today as residents and shoppers alike reported that their eyes were bleeding. It has been confirmed that what was intended as an eye catching redecoration of the much loved Fino mens hairdressers has resulted in a number of retinas literally exploding.
Mr Fino told us “You don’t like it? It’s green with just a hint of yellow. At night it lights up the village just like it was day. You can also see it from space…… apparently.”
A typically livid response from the Moseley Society simply read “It’ll have to go.”
When asked to expand on this they told us “Yes, this is a conservation area but we’re not trying to conserve rainbows”.
I’ve heard that The Moseley Society has withdrawn its criticism after Moseley in Bloom pointed out that at least the paint had also been applied liberally to the pavement and that was contributing to the greening of Moseley, while the Moseley Business Group had said that as one of six hairdressers in St Mary’s Row, being seen from space could be an advantage.
I wish I could read this article but I seem to have been blinded.
I have been observing vast swarms of moths heading for the shop! Is this having an effect on the local eco system?who knows all i can say is im scared people im really scared!
